API 6D CERTIFICATION
Valves Saval is proud to be the first company in Colombia to have API 6D certification for the manufacture of ball valves in diameters of 2 inches and greater, at pressures from 150 PSI. We have carried out continuous work looking for the improvement of all our processes from planning, design, manufacturing to the delivery of our valves. We have taken care of every detail of our operations in order to provide our customers with a product of the highest quality. Thanks to the vision of our senior managers, the effort and qualification of our human capital and the capacity of our facilities; We can tell our clients that our product complies with all the quality standards required by the industry.

Since our inception, Valves Saval has considered product quality as a primary axis in production processes and as a source of loyalty for our clients. For this reason, since 2008 we have maintained a quality management system in compliance with the requirements. of the ISO 9001 standard in its different versions.
In the first years, we were certified by a local entity. During 2013 through 2016, we were certified by the American Petroleum Institute (API). As part of our new strategy to support local industry under the motto "We are part of the answer", we are currently ISO 9001: 2015 certified with an entity based in Colombia.
API Q1 CERTIFICATION
Commitment to customers is our priority, for this reason, Valves Saval implemented and maintained from 2013 to 2016 a quality management system that meets the highest industry standards in the oil sector, by complying with the requirements of the API-Q1 specification, accredited by the American Petroleum Institute (API).
The API-Q1 specification establishes the minimum requirements for the development of the quality management system for manufacturing companies in the oil and natural gas industry , aimed at the prevention of product defects ensuring a reliable final product, in addition to the effort to minimize the variation and waste in the stages of the production process. API-Q1 in its ninth edition adopts more than 85 additional requirements * to those established in ISO 9001: 2008.

As of August 2015, the new version of the List of Accepted Brands GAB-P-022 of Ecopetrol began to govern, at which time all the supply processes for equipment and components, where the List of Accepted Brands applies, will use this new document. . We are pleased to announce that our SAVAL brand is included in this list, in the Ball Valves subcategory.
This result ratifies our commitment to the Colombian oil industry, providing for over 10 years the highest quality products and services produced in Colombia, complying with all international standards and backed by our API 6D certification.
